Good but not great

Comments: I would first like to say I am a huge advocate of any Altra. I talk about them to everyone who will listen and anyone who asks. First off, the size issue has been mentioned by everyone. Order a size up from your last Altras. Maybe only a half up. Just play with it till you find the right fit. Secondly, well built shoe. Has good cushioning around the heel, but the rear heel tab will turn into a chafe monster. Other than that, the build is great. Should last 1k miles like my gen 1 Instincts. My biggest complain is with the laces/tightening these bad boys down. First time owning Yankz laces and it will be my last time too. I watched videos, looked up instructions. No hope. Just ran a marathon and my feet are destroyed because of those things. First thing I did after crossing the finish line was to pull them out and toss them. Way better options out there for quick laces. If these shoes could be tightened down easier, I'd give these 4 stars. I think I will be selling these shoes and ordering The One and tossing quick laces on those for my go to shoe. Can't get everything right the first time. Hope Altra fixes a few things.
