MENTAL WELLNESS: LET'S RUN WITH IT
Episode 1: Addressing Stress with Brad Stulberg and Jacob Puzey
At Altra, we believe running is a great way to improve both your mental and physical health, and so is talking about it. Our overall human performance can be dependent on our mental wellness, particularly during chaotic and unpredictable times. That’s why we’re launching our series, “Mental Wellness: Let’s Run with It” to support mental health and provide tools for dealing with it.
Our three-part series features human performance researcher, author, and coach, Brad Stulberg as he sits down Altra athletes and discusses ways to get help and ways you can help yourself.
Positive mental health and mindfulness are always important, especially during times that are incredibly trying. Coach Brad Stulberg sat down with Altra athletes to discuss some of their struggles and share what they’ve found helpful for coping and pushing through.
In the first of three episodes, Jacob Puzey and Brad Stulberg discuss addressing stress and ways to deal with how you’re feeling. They share authentic and valuable insights that otherwise are difficult to comprehend on our own.
Are you feeling stressed out? That’s okay.
Are you feeling happy? That’s okay, too.
Are you putting too much “should” on yourself? Discover ways to help dismiss that guilt.
Hear from Jacob Puzey and Brad Stulberg addressing, accepting, and dealing with stress and discover ways to get help, and how you can help yourself.
