The Importance of a Roomy Toe Box

Did you know that the widest part of our feet should be our toes? Many sources would say it’s the ball of the foot, the width from the first metatarsal to the fifth metatarsal. However, if our feet are in proper alignment, this width should extend into our toes allowing for toe splay.
