Eligibility Requirements:
To be eligible, you must be a licensed professional or current medical student in one of the following categories:
- Athletic Trainer
- Chiropractor
- Physical or Occupational Therapist
- Physical or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Podiatrist
- Orthopedic Physician
