RETURN POLICY

If the product was purchased at a retailer: 

Return or exchange the item(s) to its place of purchase.

 

If the product was purchased on AltraRunning.com:

Steps to return an Altrarunning.com purchase:

  1. Start a Return
    • Have an account? Log in and visit your order details.
    • Checked out as a guest or received the item as a gift? Have the order number, purchasers's last name and zip/postal code ready and visit the Order Status page to lookup the order and start the return.
  2. Process Your Item(s)
    • Select the item(s) you wish to return.
    • Select the reason for return and follow up questions.
    • Select your return method.
  3. Package Your Item(s)
    • Print your return label and secure it to your package.
    • No printer? Select the QR code return method and bring your QR code and your package to the shipping location you select and they'll print the label for you free of charge.
  4. Ship Your Package
    • Drop your package off at your selected shipping location.
  5. Receive Your Confirmation and Refund
    • Once the warehouse receives and processes your return package your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been started.

 

Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Original shipping charges are not refunded. Exchanges are not available.
