I’m a veteran ultra runner and endurance coach. For over two decades, I’ve competed in some of the world’s most difficult ultra mountain races, including Western States 100, Ultra Fiord in Patagonia Chile, Europe’s Ultra Trail du Mont Blanc, Mount Fuji 100 in Japan, and Cocodona 250. I’m a 7x finisher of the wild and tough Hardrock 100 in SW Colorado. I’ve finished over 200 ultra marathons and racked up over 40 career ultra wins, placing me 2nd in the world for most 100-mile wins.
