Return Policy

If the product was purchased at a retailer: Return or exchange the item(s) to its place of purchase.

If the product was purchased at AltraRunning.com:

*Holiday Extended Return Policy: For purchases made on altrarunning.com between 11/1/22-12/25/22, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items for a full refund through 1/27/23. We include a free shipping return label with your purchase. Please note and keep your tracking number on the return label for your records until your credit has been processed.

Please include the original packing slip or email confirmation of your order so we can quickly process your refund and credit the card used for the purchase. Refunds can only be posted to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to three weeks to process due to the time often required for shipping and bank processing. Exchanges are not available.

When you use the free return label that is included, you can ship it with a local post office, or a Fedex location.
