Got a need for speed? So does the Vanish Carbon. This high-cushioned shoe is lightweight and designed with a carbon fiber half-plate, so get ready to fly. Is it a “super shoe?” We like to think so. Altra’s first speed shoe equipped with a Carbitex™ half-plate wants to take you on some of your fastest long-distance runs, help you tackle speedwork, and get you across the finish line with a PR on race day. It’s equipped with our Altra EGO™ PRO midsole foam for lightweight, performance-focused underfoot cushion. It’s got a secure fit and breathable upper so you can really move. It’s shaped like a rocker to provide a more efficient toe-off and boost propulsion. With zero drop and plenty of room for your toes to move freely, with a snug midfoot, you can move naturally.
