Offer:

1. Purchase any Lone Peak shoe on the Altra Running website (www.altrarunning.com) between August 22, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. ET and September 12, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

1. Receive a Limited Edition Wasatch 100® Inspired Color Poster** as our Gift, while supplies last.

Important Restrictions:

A. Validity.

Valid in the United States only.  Void where taxed, restricted, or prohibited by law.

Must be a legal U.S. resident, 18 years of age or older.

Opportunity to participate in Offer is not transferable. Offer is not to be re-published.

B. Participation.

By participating in this Offer, you agree to fully comply with these Terms and that the decisions of Altra Running regarding this Offer/these Terms are final and binding in all respects and are not subject to appeal.

Qualifying purchase of Lone Peak shoe (any style, size, color, including Men’s, Women’s, and Kids) must be made at www.altrarunning.com during period of August 22, 2021 at 12:01 a.m. ET to September 12, 2021 at 11:59 p.m. ET. (Purchases of Lone Peak shoes at third party retail stores or websites selling Altra Running products do not qualify for this Offer.) All standard terms and conditions of sale at www.altrarunning.com apply to purchase of Lone Peak shoe in conjunction with this Offer.

To receive Gift, you must be signed into your Altra Running account at the time of making the qualifying purchase at www.altrarunning.com.  IF NOT SIGNED IN TO YOUR ACCOUNT AT TIME OF MAKING QUALIFYING PURCHASE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THE GIFT.

Gift is an 18” x 24” limited edition color poster that was inspired by the Wasatch 100® running race.

Limit of one (1) Gift per pair of shoes purchased, provided supplies last. Altra Running will not have liability under any legal theory once the supply of Gifts has been exhausted.

Use of any artifice, device, or other means to seek to obtain more than one (1) Gift, any other attempt to defraud Altra Running in conjunction with this Offer or the violation of these Terms may result in Altra Running requiring return of the Gift or its value as well as, in Altra Running’s sole judgment, possible cancellation of such person’s Altra Running account.

Award of Gift is subject to Altra Running’s verification of eligibility and one’s full compliance with these Terms

C. Redemption.

Gift will be automatically included in shopping cart provided that shopping cart includes at least one (1) Lone Peak product. A special program code is not required to activate Offer. Gift may be shipped along with Lone Peak product or may be shipped separately. If expedited shipping is selected, Altra Running accountholder will only be invoiced for cost of shipping Lone Peak product.

Gift must be accepted AS IS and cannot be substituted or returned by participant for cash or credit. 

Altra Running makes no representation as to the re-sale value of Gift.

Gift may differ from images of same in advertising materials (including on www.altrarunning.com), with Altra Running disclaiming any and all liability in conjunction therewith.

D. Limitations of Liability.

Altra Running assumes no responsibility for any computer, telephone, cable, network, electronic, programming, or wireless Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or errors of any kind. The preceding includes but is not limited to failure of the Gift (assuming supplies last) to be loaded into the shopping cart of Altra Running accountholder for any reason.  

Once Gift has been provided to Altra Running accountholder, it will not be replaced if lost or stolen.

If circumstances beyond the control of Altra Running (that is, a force majeure event, such as a pandemic/epidemic, strike, civil unrest, natural cataclysm, equipment failure/malfunction/error or tampering/unauthorized intervention) interferes with or prevents altogether Altra Running's implementation of the Offer as originally intended (as determined by Altra Running in its sole discretion), Altra Running may in its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or terminate the Offer. In any such event, notice to such effect will be posted on www.AltraRunning.com.

By participating in Offer, participant releases, discharges, indemnifies and holds harmless Altra Running, its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, divisions, and advertising and promotion agencies as well as the officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents of each of the foregoing, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Offer including but not limited to Altra Running’s inability to provide a Gift to an Altra Running accountholder for any reason, any damage to Gift in transit, as well as the acceptance, possession, receipt, use/misuse of the Gift (as applicable).
