ALTRA STRAVA 10-10-10 CHALLENGE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

TERMS

A. Overview of Offer.

Persons who complete the Strava 10-10-10 Challenge will receive a discount of 10% off the purchase of shoes at www.altrarunning.com.

Valid in the United States and Canada only.  Void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

Offer is available from August 21, 2021 to August 30, 2021 (“Offer Period”).

Offer is only open to persons who meet all of the following criteria:

·      are a legal resident of the United States or Canada;

·      18 years of age or older or age of majority in jurisdiction of residence (whichever is older);

·      have the Strava GPS Cycling and Running App (either free or subscription service; type of service will not affect one’s ability to participate in the Offer) downloaded onto a compatible mobile device*; and

·      signed up for Altra Running’s newsletter on www.altrarunning.com†

*If you do not currently have the Strava App on your mobile device, you may download it for free. However, the Strava App must be downloaded prior to 11:59 p.m. ET on August 21, 2021 so as to take part in the Altra Running 10-10-10 Challenge as discussed below.

† If you have not signed up for Altra Running’s newsletter, you may do so at any time prior to completing the Altra Running 10-10-10 Challenge as discussed below.

 

B. Altra Running 10-10-10 Challenge.

Beginning August 21, 2021 at or after 12:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), go to the Challenge Gallery in the Groups tab or in the Feed area of the Strava App and select the Altra Running 10-10-10 Challenge (“Challenge[SS4] ”).

To take the Challenge, engage in at least 10 minutes of physical activity each day during the Offer Period in celebration of the 10th anniversary of Altra Running.

If you complete the Challenge as recorded by the Strava App, you will receive a coupon code good for 10% off the purchase of shoes at www.altrarunning.com  (as well as a “completion badge”). For clarity, to receive coupon code, your 10 minutes of physical activity on August 30, 2021 must be recorded by the Strava App by 11:59 p.m. ET on August 30, 2021.

BEFORE ENGAGING IN THE CHALLENGE, IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSULT WITH A PHYSICIAN OR HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL TO CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE IN SUITABLE PHYSICAL CONDITION TO DO SO. IN ELECTING TO ENGAGE IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT PHYSICAL ACTIVITY MAY RESULT IN INJURY AND, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND STRAVA, INC. FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR SAME UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY.  

IF YOU HAVE ANY DOUBTS AS TO YOUR ABILITY TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CHALLENGE, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO DO SO.

Use of the Strava App and participating in the Offer may result in the imposition of wireless Internet access fees and/or other charges as per the wireless carrier’s billing policy. You are advised to review such billing policy BEFORE using the Strava App and/or participating in the Offer. Wireless Internet access is not available in all areas or on all mobile devices.

 

C. Redemption

Coupon code redeemable for 10% off the purchase of shoes at www.altrarunning.com. To redeem, enter coupon code at checkout and click “Apply A Promo Code.”

In redeeming coupon code, you represent and warrant that you engaged in at least 10 minutes of physical activity each day during the Offer Period.

All decisions of Sponsor regarding the Offer are final and binding in all respects. Without limitation, Sponsor will only provide the 10% off coupon code if the Strava App determines that the user has engaged in at least 10 minutes of physical activity each day during Offer Period.  Strava, Inc.’s determination of user’s completion of the Challenge is final and binding in all respects, with Sponsor relying on the accuracy of same as to implementation of the Offer.

Sponsor disclaims any and all liability under any legal theory for the operation of Strava App and/or Strava, Inc.’s determination that a given user has (or has not) completed the Challenge. Any attempt by an individual to undermine the operation of the Strava App, including but not limited to any misrepresentation or deception of any kind as to whether he/she actually completed the Challenge will result in disqualification from the Offer, may affect such individual’s continued use of the Strava App (via free or subscription service) and/or may result in Sponsor (and/or Strava, Inc.) taking actions so as to protect their respective rights to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Coupon code expires December 31, 2021 and is valid for one-time use only. Limit of (1) coupon code per person. Coupon code is valid only for original recipient of same and is not transferable.  Not valid at any 3rd party retailer (physical store location or online) of Altra Running shoes. Not valid for the purchase of any product other than shoes. 10% price reduction is pre-tax and excludes expedited shipping charges. 

This Offer cannot be combined with any other coupon codes, promotions, offers or discounts. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of www.altrarunning.com.

Altra Running reserves the right to verify identity of user before honoring coupon code.  Altra Running and Strava, Inc. are not responsible if the coupon code is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission or for technological failure/error/malfunction of any kind. 

Remaining balance of merchandise purchase must be paid using another form of payment. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. No price adjustment allowed on previous purchases, product returns/exchanges or purchases made without use of the coupon code. No variance from these terms and conditions allowed except as required by law.  Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
