HEALTH HUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Offer open only to Medical Professionals, Athletic Trainers, and Medical Students (all as defined below) who are legal residents of the United States, 18 years of age or older.
Medical Professional is a person who is currently licensed by the applicable medical authority as a practitioner in one of the following medical disciplines:
- Chiropractor
- Physical or Occupational Therapist
- Physical or Occupational Therapist Assistant
- Podiatrist
- Orthopedic Physician
- Athletic Trainer
- Medical Student
Athletic Trainer is a person who is currently licensed by the applicable medical authority as a practitioner of sports medicine.
Medical Student is a person who is engaged in a course of study from an institution which is fully accredited by a medical authority to become a practitioner of one of the above-indicated medical disciplines and/or of sports medicine.
(Altra Running reserves the right to expand, contract or otherwise modify the above list of medical disciplines prospectively by providing notice here. Any such change will take effect two [2] weeks from the date of notification.)
The Altra Health Hub is a special area of www.altrarunning.com (“Web Site”) designed specifically for Medical Professionals, Athletic Trainers and Medical Students with curated educational and other pertinent information and materials for use by Medical Professionals/Athletic Trainers/Medical Students themselves as well as their patients.
If a Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student registers for the Altra Health Hub, they will receive a discount of 40% off full price merchandise on Web Site, up to a maximum savings of $1,000 per 12 month registration period. To apply for registration, visit Web Site and complete (and thereafter submit) application with all required information including your name, city/state of business address (for Medical Student, the address of the institution where you are studying), year of birth, and personal e-mail address as well as selecting the applicable medical discipline in which you practice or are studying (if Medical Professional or Medical Student) or “sports medicine” (if Athletic Trainer) and the year that your license was issued (if Medical Professional or Athletic Trainer).
IN SUBMITTING AN APPLICATION, MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL/ATHLETIC TRAINER/MEDICAL STUDENT REPRESENTS AND WARRANTS THAT ALL INFORMATION AND MATERIALS INCLUDED THEREIN ARE, TO THE BEST OF THEIR KNOWLEDGE AND BELIEF, TRUE AND CORRECT.
Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student will be notified within 5 business days after submission as to whether (or not) their application was accepted. Altra Running reserves the right to require additional information or materials as part of its review of application. If application is not accepted for any reason, Altra Running will not have any liability to Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student (or any other party) under any legal theory. Altra Running is not required to provide an explanation as to why application was not accepted.
Whether (or not) to accept an application for registration, as well as all other decisions of Altra Running with regard to this Offer and the Altra Health Hub Program are final and binding in all respects. By submitting an application, Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student agrees to these Terms and Altra Running’s decisions as to the Offer and the Altra Health Hub Program.
If application is accepted, registration in Altra Health Hub Program will last for a 12 month period starting on the date of acceptance of application. At end of such period, Medical Professional/ Athletic Trainer/Medical Student must renew their registration by completing and submitting the application again. Altra Running reserves the right not to renew a registered Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student for another 12 month period for any reason without any liability to Medical Professional (or any other party) under any legal theory; and, Altra Running is not required to provide an explanation as to why renewal application was not accepted.
Medical Professional/ Athletic Trainer/Medical Student must be signed into their Altra Health Hub account at time of purchase to receive discount. If signed into their Altra Health Hub account, discount will automatically be credited. No promo code is required to receive discount.
Discount will be calculated pre-tax and excludes expedited shipping charges. Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student may only redeem discount for purchase of Altra Running merchandise for their own personal use.
After each use of discount by Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student, the appropriate amount will be reduced from the $1,000 balance in their Altra Health Hub account. Allow approximately 5 business days for discount usage/updated balance to be reflected in an Altra Health Hub account. Altra Running reserves the right without liability or notice of any kind to Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student to modify balance in their Altra Health Hub account to correct errors or omissions of any kind.
Discount is not available for Altra Running merchandise purchases made other than on Web Site (e.g., purchases made at third party websites/retailers of Altra Running merchandise). Discount applies only to in-stock Altra Running merchandise while supplies last. This offer cannot be combined with other Altra Running discounts, offers, coupons or promotions.
Discount is good only for Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student themselves and is NOT transferable. Notwithstanding prior acceptance of application, sign-on to Altra Health Hub account or previous use of discount by a given Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student, Altra Running reserves the right to verify Medical Professional’s/Athletic Trainer’s/Medical Student’s identity before providing discount. All purchases are subject to terms and conditions of sale of Web Site. Altra Running is not responsible if technological failure/error/malfunction of any kind results in discount not being issued as intended. Remaining balance of merchandise purchase must be paid using another form of payment. This offer cannot be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. Any misrepresentation regarding status as Medical Professional/Athletic Trainer/Medical Student (or other information on application) or as to one’s identity in utilizing discount and/or Altra Health Hub account constitutes fraud, with Altra Running reserving the right to require payment of purchase in full, terminate Medical Professional’s/Athletic Trainer’s/Medical Student’s membership in Altra Health Hub Program with closure of Altra Health Hub account and perhaps pursue legal sanctions. No price adjustment allowed on previous purchases, product returns/exchanges or purchases made if not signed into Altra Health Hub account.
Altra Running reserves the right to terminate this Offer and/or Altra Health Hub Program without prior notice due to natural disaster, materials shortage, act of terrorism, civil commotion, riot, strike, act of governmental body (whether or not later determined to be lawful), pandemic/epidemic or other event beyond its reasonable control.
No variance from these terms and conditions allowed except as required by law. Void where prohibited, taxed or restricted.
